    Ssangyong ACTYON 2007

Hi all, I have been running on WVO for some time now and the latest vehicle is Ssangyong musso X 2 both have cylinder head gasket problems.
Both of them have been great on WVeg .
I am thinking of an upgrade to a later model Sammi like a Acyton but they are saddled with the latest electronic common rail diesel.
Does anybody out there in Veg land have any experience with these types of Diesel and or the above Ssangyong on WVeg.
Any information would be appreciated thanks Shipo.
    Keep on pugging :)

    Re: Ssangyong ACTYON 2007

My experience is with the Musso (2000-2006) and with the Rexton (to 2004) these cars share the same engine, transmission and running gear. I had one Musso suffer head gasket coolant leakage.
The costs to replace the head gasket, verify the head is serviceable and refitting it all is about 5 times the value of the Musso.

I have a Rexton which had an IP issue, - repaired now, and another Musso with the same issue - waiting on a part to fix it.

Life is a journey, with problems to solve, lessons to learn, but most of all, experiences to enjoy.
