Equipment Suggestions for Drying Bio - Perth

    Hi Folks

Just wondering what cheapish equipment might be around the Perth area to help in drying bio. I know the old gas ring burner is one, but maybe someone knows of some cheap electric heaters that would do the job. I know the topic has been discussed before but hopefully someone in perth knows where something relatively cheap may be - like an immersion heater, deep fryer etc.

    Cheers

    Farmy

Open top drum for the oil, aquarium air pump to help the oil circulate.
Electric blanket from op shop to warm it up and electric fan from kerbside collection to blow air across the top to help evaporation.
Best if drum has drain in bottom to allow free water to be drained off.
Test daily using hot pan test to determine remaining water content.

    I hope this helps,
    Tony

Sorry for the Topic bump but I shudder at new threads for old topics

You could get a electric over the side heater for ~$92 from Atkins electrical in bayswater, runs on 240V plug and can get 400L of water up to 80c in bout 4 hours

    hope it helps

    Cheers
