Where to buy KOH/ Potassium Hydroxide in Brisbane

Presently the cheapest place to buy KOH in Qld that I know of is Santo in Brisbane.
I bought 4- 25kg bags of KOH on Monday for $50 each including GST.
Robyn said there had been a number of people in over the past few days buying KOH, all were biodiesel makers.
She asked me to post onto the forum that they will be closed from 22 Dec to 9 Jan so if you need KOH, NOW is the time to stock up.

They were very pleasant people, knew what we were doing with the KOH and are only too happy to assist if possible.

Yes Santo are the best to deal with and were while I was making the go go juice. and very reasonable in price.
I found mornings were better than afternoons as they tend to process orders and do the banking after 3pm.

Robin was always helpful and yes like you mentioned was very happy to help BioDiesel users.

That is a very good price. Up here we have to pay over double that for the same bag.
I was told there is only one importer of KOH as it is a dangerous goods.
I smell price gouging, but what can ya do? Go for a long drive to Brissy once a year and buy a heap.
One way I guess.
