    came out ok 1st wash then 2nd wash went like orange juice

    Was the second wash more aggressive? Was it just "orange juice" or was there emulsified material?
    "Orange Juice" is quite normal and will separate quickly. Emulsification could indicate unreacted oil. Did you perform a 3/27 test before washing?

      this is my first time washing. I added warm water to cubies then poured cubies with few litres of wash water at bottom through 1 micron filter then came out orange juice like

            biodiesel must be"bright and clear" before use.
