Time and again I see illogical methods, oppressive penaltys, excessive monitoring - all being justified by untruths. This is not by accident or incompetence. Since there is no apparent benefit to the nation (or the people), then centralised CONTROL ends up being the only logical explanation.
By the way, I just read the 'Interrogation of Rakovsky', now that helped to connect a few dots!
Back on the biodiesel scene, maybe the formation of the ABU will provide a vehicle to approach Canberra once again. I look forward to reading a report back from a committee that makes the pilgrimage to the holy land on behalf of small biodiesel producers.
