Re: Filter bags - bulk offer

Is there a articular reason for the 10 micron bag?
If you are doing "staged filtering" then just pre-filter thru tee shirt material. I use a Tee shirt material "Sock" inside the 1 micron filter bags to collect any fats and larger particles. This can be removed and emptied, or simply replaced with another Tee shirt sock.

Re: Filter bags - bulk offer

I need to pass on another price increase from my supplier.
The following prices and filter ratings are available.

Including 500g flat rate tracked Satchel
1 short filter bag (1 micron only) including 500g tracked delivery $23.00
2 short filter bags (1 micron only) including 500g tracked delivery $35.00
1 long filter bag (1 or 5 micron) including 500g tracked delivery $26.50

Including 3kg flat rate tracked Satchel
5 short filter bags (1 micron) including 3Kg tracked delivery $82.00
3 long filter bag (1 or 5 micron) including 3Kg tracked delivery $65.00

This price increase was passed to me in August last year, but I cannot continue to absorb this additional cost.
